Jen Psaki used her own experience as the White House Press Secretary to judge Karoline Leavitt’s last briefing.

Karoline is still in her first six months of her new role and has already caught heat from the public for snapping at reporters and sidestepping questions.

The latest person to ridicule the press secretary has faced the same pressure being in the position before. However, that didn’t hold her back from speaking her mind.

During her segment on MSNBC News, anchor Jen Psaki gave her own take on how she would answer some of the questions Karoline has received recently.

“I have noticed the White House briefing room has taken a bit of a bizarro turn lately,” Psaki started. “And I figured, what the hell, it’s a Friday night. Why not dust off the cobwebs and field a few questions from the White House press briefing room today? Because it’s been a while.”

The anchor called President Donald Trump out for using a “key part of this presidency” to “make himself and his adult sons richer.”

She went on to a question which discussed why Trump’s recent dealings with the United Kingdom were announced prior to those of other countries.

“The announcement and the headlines it generates are pretty much the point,” she said. “The details are kind of secondary.”

“I mean, Trump gets to put on a show in the Oval Office and pretend like he’s achieved a monumental victory. The deal is just a bit of an empty shell.”

The anchor then went on to drag the Mayor of New York City into her speech. Answering a reporter’s inquiry on the purpose of Eric Adams’ recent White House visit, she responded: “Eric Adams is visiting because he owes his current freedom to the guy sitting in the White House.”

Jen Psaki acted as Joe Biden’s White House Press Secretary for the first two years of his term. She stepped down from her position for family reasons.

“I’m leaving because I have a four-year-old and a six-year-old. They’re the most important people in my life. And my husband, of course, and I always knew that having worked in the White House before, that this was not a job I could do forever,” Psaki previously told Fox News.

“It is a huge honor to do it, no matter where you are in your life,” she added. “But I don’t want to miss things with my kids and I don’t want to miss moments or soccer practices or ballet recitals or anything.”
