Ana Navarro attended a “No Kings” protest over the weekend.
The View cohost said she saw antagonists purposely “put in the crowd” to cause conflict.
“Folks weren’t with it and they did not engage,” Navarro added.
The View cohost Ana Navarro took her issues with Donald Trump to the streets over the weekend, as the talk show star and Republican commentator said she witnessed antagonists attempting to stir trouble while she attended a “No Kings” protest in Florida.
The 53-year-old revealed Monday on the talk show that she hit the pavement Saturday in opposition to Trump in Miami, where she maintained that the protest remained peaceful.
I was so proud of everybody that protested, because I saw people who were put in the crowd to instigate confrontation, and folks weren’t with it and they did not engage,” Navarro alleged, though she didn’t clarify who she saw riling up the crowd or who she thought might’ve sent them to disrupt the event.
She stressed that “people were saying to each other, ‘Do not engage,’” while moderator Whoopi Goldberg chimed in to stress the same.

“Beware that there are bad players out there when you are protesting, and when you see them starting to go, you let everybody else know what you know,” Goldberg advised. “Because they’re not there for the same reasons we are here.”
Earlier during the Hot Topics discussion on the matter, Goldberg praised the millions of Americans who came out in droves in cities across the country, in opposition to Trump’s recent handling of ICE deportations throughout the United States — particularly in Los Angeles.
“I say this all the time, yes we have politicians, but it’s up to us, becuase if we don’t do it, if we don’t get out and say hey, enough, here’s the line in the sand, the sand is going to keep getting longer and longer and longer,” Goldberg said. “Men were out for women, women were out for men, Latinos were out for Black folks, Asian folks, we were all out, looking out for each other.”
Before throwing the show to a commercial break, Goldberg left the audience with a final message: “If you’re not looking out for me, for our wellbeing as Americans — forget what side you’re on — as Americans, this stuff that’s happening is un-American.”
In a Sunday social media post highlighting her time at the protest, Navarro called the moment “uplifting” and praised “people standing up for their rights and for our country.”

“Thank you to the millions of people who participated in the thousands of events in big and small cities all over America,” she continued. “It has been a particularly heart-breaking week for the Latino and immigrant community. Thank you to the allies. Thank you to everyone who is resisting and helping in so many ways. Together we are stronger.”
